I bought this loaf of bread in Lidle on May 23, 2013 for 3.59 euro.

Эту буханку хлеба я купила в Лидле 23.05.2013 за 3,59 евро.

The name of the bread is Jurmo Saaristolaislimppu (Jurmo Archipelago Bread) 

and it is baked with a traditional recipe.

Название этого хлеба - Jurmo Saaristolaislimppu (архипелаговый хлеб Юрмо) 

и он испечён по традиционному рецепту.

Ingredients: sour milk, wheat flour, rye flour, malt syrup, sugar, groats, yeast and salt (1.2%). Nutrition information (100 g): energy - 990 kJ (237 kcal), protein - 6,5 g, carbohydrate - 47,2 g (of which lactose -  1,5 g, sugars - 12,2 g), fat - 1,0 g (of which saturated fatty acids - 0,2 g),   fiber - 3,8 g, sodium - 0,5 g. 

Состав: простоквашa, пшеничная мука, ржаная мука, солодовый сироп, сахар, крупы, дрожжи и соль (1,2%). Пищевая ценность 100 г продукта: белки - 6,5 г, углеводы - 47,2 г (из которых лактозы - 1,5 г, сахара - 12,2 г), жиры - 1,0 г (из которых насыщенных жирных кислот - 0,2 г), клетчатка - 3,8 г, натрий - 0, 5 г. Энергетическая ценность: 237 ккал (990 кДж). 

And there is the legend: Jurmo, the outer edge of the Archipelago, is known for its barrenness. But the legend says it was not always that way. It is said that the island was once covered with the forest, which was destroyed by King Gustav Vasa of Sweden who burnt the whole of the island in the 1500s. The fiery punishment was due to Jurmo waters which caused  unexplained shipwrecks. The island's people were suspected because of their way to tie lamps to the cows' tails  to illuminate the way. Using of the lights, however, raised doubts as to the real Stockholm location. Quite often, passing ships saw the lights and drifted ashore, giving islanders the opportunity to collect  the shipwrecked ships' cargo  at the expense of repair. True or not, Jurmo is one of the most infertile but at the same time the most interesting of the islands throughout the Archipelago Sea.

А вот и легенда: Юрмо, внешний край архипелага, известен своей бесплодностью. Но легенда говорит, что это не всегда было так. Говорят, что остров был когда-то покрыт лесом,  но его уничтожил шведский король Густав Ваза, который сжёг весь остров в 1500-х годах. Огненное наказание было связано с водами Юрмо, которые вызывали необъяснимые кораблекрушения. Жители острова попали под подозрение из-за их обычая привязывать лампы к хвостам коров, чтобы освещать путь. Использование света, однако, вызывало сомнения относительно реального местоположения Стокгольма. Довольно часто, увидев огни, проходящие суда по ошибке дрейфовали к берегу, давая островитянам возможность забирать груз потерпевшего кораблекрушение судна в счёт его восстановления. Правда это или нет, Юрмо является одним из самых бесплодных, но в то же время, одним из самых интересных островов всего архипелага.
